DELIVERY

All our accessories are delivered from our head office located in Montreal. We deliver items within 48 hours of placing your order.

We deliver anywhere in Canada and delivery is free for orders over $ 25.

If the order is less than $ 25, the shipping charge is $ 7.50 per shipment. We also have a fast delivery service which guarantees the delivery of your order the day even if it is ordered before 3 p.m. (Montreal time).

At this time, we do not ship outside of Canada.

 

RETURN POLICY

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from return.

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

  • Headphones / earphones
  • Tempered glass if unpacked
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or payment method, within a certain period of time.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at online@cellcom.ca.

 

Items on sale (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Trades (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at online@cellcom.ca and send your item to: 5200 rue Paré, Montreal, QC, H4P1P5, Canada.

 

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and sent to you directly, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift upon purchase, or if the donor had the order shipped for you later, we will issue a refund to the donor and they will notify you of your return.

 

Delivery
To return your product, you must mail your product to: 5200 rue Paré, Montreal, QC, H4P1P5, Canada.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Delivery charges are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $ 75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
